OUR BUNS

The story

Sweet Doris came about because we wanted to bring something different to the market. Cinnamon buns with a twist! First, we lovingly hand make the delicious, sweet, yeast leavened dough. We then smother it with sublime flavours of chocolate, salted caramel or raspberry (to name but a few), before rolling up and baking into lavish mounds of delight generously topped up with your choice of toppings and swirled with melted frosting.

THE NAME

Grandmother Doris

Sweet Doris is named after our grandmother who taught us how to bake. Hailing from South America she brought her use of beautiful flavours and natural flare for cooking and baking. She made sure she passed that down to her children and grandchildren. Passing away in 2015 at the age of 96 we thought it only fitting to start our artisan cinnamon bun company and name it after the great lady herself.

THE FINEST

 INGREDIENTS

All ingredients are organic and free range where possible to bring out the richest, moreish flavours. We bake our buns daily and deliver them to you made-fresh to order.

Throughout the year we experiment with seasonal and limited edition flavours. Follow our social media pages to see where you can find our stall and what we are currently doing!

We have allergen controls in place such as colour coded ingredient bins, staff training and thorough clean downs. However, we cannot guarantee that our products are free from the allergens due to site layout and manufacturing processes.

All our buns contain: MILK, EGGS, BUTTER, FLOUR, SUGAR, YEAST AND SALT

Some of our buns contain: NUTS (CARAMEL PECAN AND NUTELLA)
